Under the medial transformations of the post-modern, there is initially a general dispersal of stories and messages into the smallest of particles (clouds, islands, data sets). The vacuum between the individual (data-) sets becomes a place of verbal interaction: the invention of new grammatical rules for the construction and combination of sentences - new arrangements and appreciation of data through constantly modified, situative, interconnections. The place of production of knowledge has shifted, is externalized in networks. There is no "classical" public (manipulated or to be mobilised) any longer - the question of media connections, of the interweaving, linking and connecting the explosive charges circulating in the network will be decisive for every tele-political culture: "Politics is there where conflict is imminent between diverse linkages always ready and waiting to connect".
